Demo / SaaS

WorkNest

WorkNest is the marketing site for a team management SaaS: features, three-tier pricing, a blog, careers, FAQs, and eight integration pages on their own post type. The design started in Figma, and the whole surface was built from 48 custom widgets on one dark design system.

The build

How this site was built

WorkNest is the full marketing site for a fictional team management product, the whole surface a SaaS needs at launch: features, three-tier pricing with a yearly toggle and a compare-plans table, a six-post blog, careers with open roles, FAQs, contact, and even demo sign-in and sign-up pages. Integrations live on their own post type, so each of the eight tools, from Slack to Okta, gets a complete detail page, and adding the next one is a content task.

The design started in Figma, and the AI carried it into WordPress: a dark design system first, color and type tokens with self-hosted fonts, then everything built from its own widget library. 48 custom widgets in total, 33 page sections plus 13 reusable components like pricing cards, article cards, and form inputs. GSAP motion carries the reveals, and every page ships with search-ready SEO through Rank Math: unique titles, descriptions, and social previews.

The build ran 6-7 hours around 3 goal prompts: each one did the heavy lifting, then 7-10 shorter follow-ups fixed what the goal missed. Project setup, the design system, and the home page took about 3 hours, the usual pattern where the aesthetic gets decided up front, and the remaining pages, integrations, and blog took 3-4 more.
